We had the pleasure of interacting with Astrid, were very good to assist us and communicate fluently in English. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, making it the perfect spot for exploration and entertainment. Despite occasional issues with hot water, uncommon in this part of Colombia, we appreciated having it at least half of the time. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly staff.
